Per Section 4.3 of the Centra Falls Declaration, the Developer prior to turnover can amend the Centra Falls Declaration at the Developers sole discretion. We would like Label & Company (Developer), to amend the HOA Association Declaration, specifically Section 14.3 Animals. We would like to have the following added to Section 14.3: "In the event that an Owner/Occupant fails to dispose of any animal feces left by their animal on any portion of the Centra Falls Community, that Owner/Occupant can be fined an amount not to exceed $250.00 (Two hundred and fifty dollars) per occurrence and be responsible for any removal or cleaning costs due to said animal feces"

Not only are dogs pooping in my driveway and by my front door but the owners are also dropping their dog poop bags in my clean garbage can after garbage pickup on Tuesday and Fridays. Enough!

I agree, we are 89 homeowners and it’s necessary to take care of our neighborhood and to be respectful to our neighbors.
