Not sure what led to this termination. However, I will say that Geoffrey is much more than a shuttle driver - job he performed during my assignment in Sembawang with admirable motivation and attitude. Geoffrey knew everyone’s stop. He provided a helping hand to those with children and/or bags. In an military overseas assignment where personnel are always moving, he provided that continuity and familiar presence we learn to appreciate during our service. Please reconsider your decision.

A great guy and terrific part of the Sembawang community. As the XO for the base for several years, I consistently heard how Geoffrey had a positive impact on the families and individuals living there. As the Business Manager for Parsons a few years later, I had the opportunity to work more closely with Geoffrey and see the genuine concern he had for his work and his riders.
It is hard to imagine the community in Sembawang without Geoffrey and his smiling face and cheerful disposition. Is there a way to keep him as part of the organization?

Geoffrey is a very kind person and a very hard worker! During my time in SG, Sembawang he was always punctual, friendly, and humorous. Please reinstate him, otherwise you’ll be missing out on a valued employee!

Jeffri is one of the friendliest and most courteous drivers on base. He always treated his customers as friends, offering insights and information to new members of the community. It was always a pleasure to get on Jeffri’s shuttle. I’m not sure what went wrong in a professional sense, but could it be handled another way?

Jeffrey is one of the Centerra employee that helped me with my kids when we first moved in to Singapore. His personality just made us feel like family here in Singapore Region. We definitely need more people like him around.

I have been living here for over 3 years and I have known Jeffrey from the beginning. He is a very safe, reliable and friendly driver. We like Jeffrey and think he should be rehired. He makes Sembawang a better place to live!

He is not simply a shuttle drive he's lkke guide with a world of knowlege about the culture of not only Singapore but adjacent areas. Always welcoming with a smile. Whe he's the driver It is akways a pleasant ride

It’s hard to believe this man is without a job.
He is a dedicated worker who has set a high standard of customer service that is hard to duplicate With this being said Please reinstate this man so he continue to give the military & their family members a safe environment

Jeffri has been a outstanding member of the Sembawang community for as long as I can remember when I first arrived here in Singapore over a decade ago as a single sailor far away from home in a strange land Jeffri made me feel welcome and explained to me everything I needed to know about living here in Singapore and showed me around both Singapore and Malaysia. Losing Jeffri not only will hurt the current Sembawang community but future members as well. They will lose that friendship and friendly face who is willing to make you feel at home in a far away away land.
Please Centerra think about the impact to the Sembawang community and future communities by letting Jeffri go.
