We the undersigned concerned citizens urge the passage of HB4114 County Regulation of Cell Towers. HB 4114 allows for the County Board regulation of cell tower placement and gives the County’s unincorporated citizens and their representatives on the County Board the same rights as citizens in the municipal areas. We hereby urge the General Assembly to pass HB 4114 and for Governor Quinn to sign it into law.
