Cell phones are part of everyday life. They are a very needed tool. Take it away from the rest of Manitoba and you will have total panic.

It is super inconvenient for the young people with worrying parents to have to find a phone to call home. It would be nice if everyone could have access to their own phones in case of an emergency.
