Diwali is the biggest festival in Indian culture the represents the win of good over evil. Traditionally it is celebrated with fireworks. Please allow to use small sane fireworks during Diwali.

It is considered one of the most joyous occasion where people get together and celebrate with safe and sane fireworks and lighting of lamps.

We want to feel that we are also a part the community in this well diverse county. Like Christmas, this is a very important and religious festival for Indians. Folsom City already has passed the bill to allow fireworks.
