As someone who was there , reporting on the League title win and European Cup win for the Daily Express, I have already given my support to honouring Ron Saunders in previous attempts to get the club to recognise his achievements and readily do so again. It would never happen under Doug Ellis but it should happen under this enlightened ownership.
