This petition is to try and add the Ceded Territories to The Keweenaw Bay Indian Community’s Tribal Constitution to gain the right to vote in Tribal Elections and Referendums. This amendment would add all Tribal Members living in Ceded Territories to the already existing voting of Tribal Members living on the Tribal Reservation and Trust Lands.
