Is the graveyard not being preserved by maintaining it? A narrow road in Japan or France also does not have any Ford pickup trucks. The road is simply being maintained to accommodate for the American Dream.

My grandfather Bob Messersmith is buried there. And so are a lot of his family.

You also no dot need to bury your dead. Maybe using a crematory like Richard mentioned would be a better idea for the town. Water comes from mother earth naturally, not some magical watering system. The cemetery does not NEED a watering system, for it already has rain.

My grandfather is buried there with many of his family members. The Messersmiths,. They still reside in much of that town. Respect their place of rest.

Every six minutes a woman dies from internal bleeding after giving birth.
Property owner maintains property.
One of these things is not like the other.
Also, no bodies are being disturbed.
