I am truly sorry for the family's loss of Cecilia. I cannot imagine what they are going through, but I will keep them in my prayers. I think I met Cecilia once when she came to Martinsburg to visit her mother. I do know that her mother spoke lovingly of her. I am sorry that I did not get to know such a loving and giving person. it is just wrong that she never got justice. she did so much for everyone else and now nobody is looking out for her. what happened to her case?
