It makes absolutely no sense to borrow money from Foreign countries whom we are already indebted to and paying ridiculous amounts of interest annually on, only to give it away for free with no strings attached to other Foreign countries that use some of that money to Buy Elections and Lobby Congress, others where American Jobs are being shipped overseas and to maintain an overgrown Defense Budget which mostly is spent on creating a military force (Standing Army) within the United States designed to restrict the Freedoms of American Citizens, Abridge their Equally Entitled Privileges & Immunities, Violate their Duties Repeatedly and Force us all into Submission by way of Fear and Intimidation. All the While Americans are Unlawfully losing their Jobs, Homes, Families and Dignity at a Rapid Pace and the Government won't lift a finger to Help and Protect them and their Rights, which is the Sole Reason for which they were Instituted. Immediately Cease All US Foreign Aid Permanently, if they need Money they can Borrow it in Exchange for Collateral and at Interest (which must meet Constituency approval) and Cut the Defense Budget by Two Thirds and make that the Ceiling which can only be Raised by a Citizen Majority Vote.
