Cease and Desist Gathering Patient Personal Data

I am a victim of Governmental RAPE of my personal Doctor patient medical records that should be protected under HIPPA privacy guidlines privilege and I WANT IT STOPPED NOW!!!

Stay the hell out of my medical records and back off with the opiate restrictions!!!!!

I want the government out of my health protected information!

My medical information is just that-MINE-and should never be given to any other entity without a full explanation as to why the information is needed, how long it will be held, what privacy protection is in place and without my signature. I am strongly against my personal medical or any other information regarding me being released without my consent.

This direct violation of our Constitution and 4th amendment right needs to stop. As this is causing the other Dr relationship to suffer as well as pt care to suffer. These are my private records.

Chronic pain people deserve a life without interference

Government has no right to be involved with the doctor/patient relationship. This is an illegal abuse of our HIPPA rights! You DO NOT have my permission to access my medical records!

This is my medical information shared between me and my dr, I’d like it to stay that way

Stop using our medical files, our personal files for doctors eyes only, to discriminate against us for illnesses we were born with. It's being used to profile people with pain, and not being used for what it was intended for. We are being black listed, our doctors are being harassed, threatened, and wrongly accused because they care, and have come up with a solution after years of searching, for our pain, but that isn't the information you are using. It's discrimination against people with disabilities and the doctors who treat them.

I’m a chronic pain patient who lives in my bed and cannot get any help at all with my pain. I have a confirmed medical condition that causes my joints to dislocate daily but no one will help me. This is terrible. I’m so sick of suffering.

Accessing our records without permission is a violation of Hippa laws?

Remember, there is real physical pain in the world and without relief there is no hope. Even our Christian savior ,Jesus suffered and died from pain

Gov't agencies should NOT be excused from doing illegal acts.

Please stop this war against chronic pain patients! You're ruining lives everyday! I never gave my permission for any of my medical records to be accessed by you or any other government agencies!

Stop, this is not right or fair! We are being discriminated against because we are disabled. We have a right to pain treatment. Treatment that should be between patient and doctor. No patient should have to go through what we are going through. Stay out of my medical issues HIPAA laws say you need my permission and I haven't given it!!

Keep our personal information private!

Stop violating our rights immediately, it's an absolute disgrace how a government agency has infringed on our privacy. An investigation is in order to get to the bottom of this abuse of power.
