I am disappointed with Bishop Anthony Apuron handling of several matters , all of which this organization addresses in this petition. I believe that some type of set up needs to be agreed upon in order for our traditional Catholic community to co exist with the Neo Community, perhaps other dioceses in the mainland can be used as a benchmark. I do not want to see every parish set up as a Neo Community. It is my understanding that their is a great push to convert every parish possible into a Neo Community.
