With our HOA increasing 4.4%...its time we get something back for all the money we pay.

Plus our monthly HOA fees are higher in the Knolls than other residents in Power Ranch. That NEEDS to be changed

I’ve had the tree next to my house not trimmed for a year because they cannot cut when cars are parked next to it . Yet it’s broken our street lamp, storm bring huge branches down on in my yard. The branches are so large they scrap against my house durning storms . I’ve left 4 complaints and still nothing . Also I have huge weeds growing out of the bushes in my front yard . My bushes are dying but the weeds are growing !

I’m in the knolls and the landscaping is almost non existent except for when they come and tear into the bushes making them look like clumps of twigs with no green left on them. The rock needs to be replaced everywhere especially in the areas surrounding the townhomes.

Lots of dead shrubs or shrubs being taken out without being replaced. Trees branches overhanging side walks where you have to walk around them or duck under them. Also, branches touching roofs which give roof rats easy access.

Landscaping has deteriorated in the last two years. I have several Lantanas that are half dead.

I've lived here for 5 years and the parking is always a problem. It's unsafe for drivers because you can't see well coming out of the alley ways but also because you can't see pedestrians until they're almost going to be hit (peaking out from cars). The landscaping company killed two beautiful lantanas and didn't replace them until I submitted a work order.

Non of the rules are ever I forced. The landscape in the areas are very poor!! Dog owners are leaving messes everywhere. Change needs to happen!!
