Sad that it has come to this. To not even get some tiny increase well below inflation means every member has no choice but to strike again.

You need to offer a reasonable pay offer and I do not want to go on strike again

The differences in pay between the staff are indescribable. Does the College have legal advice? I have just completed the CPD training on E, D & I. How is this addressed by the pay gap?

I have worked at CANDI since 2015, in recent years suffered racism and systematic bullying from some managers. This can not go on!

In solidarity, it bothers me deeply that the Board, CEO and academic senior management are doing nothing to improve conditions for all staff employed by CCCG. Come on it's simple: Listen, pay up and improve morale. Unions and their members are not the enemy!

The increase work we are expected to do with no additional pay or recognition has not only increased my anxiety and stress levels, but I feel that I am now drowning only to be brought up for air only for someone to push me down again. HELP

AS CEO- with the college in crisis, and off the back of the lowest staff survey ever-why wouldn't he want to be there? Surely it's his professional duty?

WKC's HPL Lecturer definition: A Lecturer that will only be paid for half the work that they do. Additionally, Lecturer must note that this is a position with the same work load, deadlines and expectations of a full time staff with over 40 hours administration time per month, Under no circumstances should you be expected to be compensated for all the hours uncontracted hours you are required to invest to complete your job efficiently. Don't forget your professionalism is being judge. Now make it happen! ....I Agree! of course Roy should show up and be held accounted for every thing mentioned in these mountain of comments.
