I believe that this ammendment is encroaching upon unit owner's ability to use and enjoy their unit, exclusive use area, and their driveways as they desire. It is my opinion that the Board is going too far with this new amendment and if they (or unit owners) have specific concerns about stuctures, tents, gazebos, and trailers, etc... they can be dealt with on an 'as needed' basis with the induvidual. If the Board of Directors in not willing to cease going forward with this amendment we are requesting that this matter be dealt with at the 2014 Annual Gereral Meeting where is would be convinient for everyone.
