Let's change this school around for the better

i get that yall dont want us on our phones in class and stuff BUT AT LUNCHH?? yall buggin fr. and yall wild for dress coding me on the first day of school for a shirt that barely showed my stomach, meanwhile this girl got her whole chest out. IM KEEPIN THAT JACKET YALL GAVE ME TOO.

There has to be a better solution. We are about to have a problem with a 3" binder with a case.

The new school rules are what’s making me want to take half days for my senior year. It’s unfair for the students.

Phones and bags wasn’t a problem last year only when we would bring a book bag or when the teacher was going over the lesson is when we couldn’t have our phones out. They don’t care about the phones or if we bring a laptop bag and a purse. Went strict for nothing.

As a woman, a hand sized bag isn’t big enough to hold my personal items. Not to mention I’ve already received arm strain from carrying everything in my hand.

What about the dress code? Many female students do not agree with some of the rules because they come strictly for us females.

These rules are limiting our learning.

Fix this stuff

We need byod because a lot of people do not want a school laptop and the don’t want to break it

was a previous student at Westlake and attended a different school my Sr. year they allowed clear book bags, I feel like it’s much easier for students to carry all their belongings instead of having to think about what they should and shouldn’t bring

Just change some of the rules not all

Let us have our phones and bags bigger than our hands

Us not being able to use our phones is actaully making our learning environment harder and we should be able to carry around our book bags because the laptop is to heavy and we can’t carry around everything we need for our classes in our hand
