Been told there is nothing that can be done about the loud car exhausts, motorcycles, ATVs and other "hootin and hollerin" that runs rampant in the county? Well, here is the chance to help us do something about it!

Obtaining an enforceable noise ordinance for all rural non-incorporated areas of Crawford County GA is paramount to the health and safety of our communities. Excessive noise is intrusive and harmful to everyday resident and small business activities. Allowing the noisy offenders to continue un-checked will simply promote further, possibly even criminal acts of injustice!

As many of you may know, Crawford County currently has NO noise ordinance outside of Roberta! That means, unless the noise you hear is coming from a motor vehicle radio system, Crawford County Sheriff can do nothing to curb the issue! There are 159 counties in GA, and Crawford is one that does not have a published/established noise ordinance to protect its citizens.
