Hitting someone in any private area is considered a form of sexual assault. CBS needs to know that this is unacceptable. And you notice that the women being treated the worse just happen to be black. We dealing with serious race issues at this time and comes CBS throwing fuel into the fire.

Send him home. I am shocked that CBS let this go on ... Would they do something if he was of a different race?
I think not. As a female i really felt empathy for the women like i was going through it with them. Shame hurt embarrassment. Disgust.

Under California penal code, this is sexual assault. If a contestant violates ANY laws, they should be evicted!

I had no idea about this! I really thought Frank was a good guy.. I guess I was wrong.. He needs to be expelled as soon as possible. Thats absolutely unacceptable.

These types of things are broadcast across the entire country. Little kids could be watching! This is extremely sexist, and is most definitely harassment. He needs to be kicked out NOW.
