Hi everyone!
My name is Caylen Pavlicek, and I am asking for your signature to be one of your student senators. I am a political science major and public health minor with many involvements here on campus like Titan Band, PRIDE, as well as being a Titan Orientation Leader for the 2026 class.
As a senator, I would be an advocate for all students' thoughts on the betterment of our campus. Specifically, I would like to work towards making our campus more environmentally friendly, prioritizing mental health, and making sure people from all types of backgrounds feel like their voice is heard. With so many cultures and identities here IWU, it is so important that everyone feels like they belong and are a valued member of our community.

I have been hearing so many wonderful ideas from students around campus lately that I never imagined would come from this simple request. It is truly humbling to see how much everyone cares about our community and I am just doing my best to keep up with your thoughtful suggestions.
