Had dealings with him last year over a dog I found, I was happy to look after the dog until the owner came forward. He was more worried about gettin the dog into the pound because it was a husky (only a pup) than finding the owner. Unfair, and selfish, not what this society needs.

This is great took my dog a couple of days before my father died knowing he was sick and was very ignorant about it have a special hatred for him!!!
