The Trump Card System is very important for staff who values the importance of their days off work, i.e. holiday season. It is an important reward for the hard working crew.
I strongly recommend to keep the current system in place, for this appropriate incentive method.
The company has good intentions, but no crew or FAU has been consulted during this decision making process.
The Trump Card System should not be phased out or lifted without proper consultation and agreeable replacement.

New scheme gives the hard working crew a loung pass but as a ID passenger, most of the times we get the ticket on the very last minute, so the lounge pass can not really be used. It only sounds nice but impractical in the real situation.
Trump card is not easy to attain , but with this fabulous reward system , cabin crew are motivated to stay fit and healthy. Phasing Trump system without consultation is one way to encourage crew to now report sick. What’s next after this?
I have always thought of Trump Card as a great morale booster. We can request days off for our respective festivals seeing we come from so many different cultures. It’s a real shame that the crew who make the effort to remain fit to fly and work through public holidays are being penalised.
I suppose to have 2 trump card after April 2019 since I haven’t report sick for the past 2 years. However, company just suddenly stop the system on 1st Mar 2019 and I will lose 1 trump card because of that, that is really unfair to those who have full attendance!!!!
I would like to trump the regular G to learn Korean lesson to upgrade myself regarding to communicating some korean who don’t know English ! If trump card is cut, while I cannot swap the flight then I need to take leave every week to attend my lesson! Please keep the trump card

It is an important reward and motivation for crew with full attendence for a year and trump for a flight that we wish for in return. It is absolutely unfair to terminate it without a proper consultation while there is no transparency of how the mew perferercial bidding system will be running.
