I strongly support the proposed change from delayed harvest to catch and release on the Tulpehocken. I believe the Tully has the potential to become a real destination trout fishery if wisely managed.

NJ did away with the fly stretch Big Flatbrook river. So last year I started to fish Pa. again to look for quailty fishing. Don't let yours go down the drain like NJ. C & R on the Rulpehocken Creek is a positive.
