Please pass this important and long overdue change. PA needs to realize that while there are more spin fishermen by numbers in the states waters, the catch and release fly fishermen are the ones who enjoy these waters 12 months out of the year and the resource should be managed by which groups use it the most, not just the raw numbers of fishermen. The Tully has the potential to be a great fishery if more fish were allowed to survive beyond the first 20 minutes of being stocked during the first month of opening day. There are pleny of other put and take options in the area, and so very precious few catch and release waters. It's about time action was taken to add a portion of the Tully to that list. I am in full support of changing the designation to catch and release. I have never knowingly killed a trout in the entire state of PA in over 20 years of very active fly fishing 12 months a year.

There are plenty of low quality streams that should have catch and keep but not the Tulphocken. This stream should be catch and release all year.Please dont screw up a good trout fishing stream like the Tully
