Catch and release stretch of the Tully is just what it needs, With that it would rate the best stream in that part of the state and rate right up there with pine, slate and other presteges streams.

The current conditions for trout fishing are exactly what this steam needs any actions that are put into place will degrade the quality of this beautiful resource, If the proposal to the fish and boat commission is enacted it will do nothing but degrade the stream without any benefit to the fisherman and the trout . Seems to me that there are far more important issues such as the water quality of the Susquehanna and the continued degradation of the small mouth bass population .

We have quite a few students and families in the creek area and let us know how we can help with the petition and any conservation projects.

I have mixed feelings about the "fly fishing only" restriction. There is nothing wrong with spin fishing artificials except that most poachers are going to use spinning rods.

The Tully should be kept as a catch and release fishery and as a fly fishing only waterway. It is a destination for many fly fishermanand an economic boon to the region that deserves our support.

Let's use common sense practices when allowing harvesting from streams. Some streams support wild trout and need additional protections

Ridiculous to change this part of the tail water. It's a great place to flyfish. Never leave well alone. There are enough streams that nobody are fishing in. Leave it alone.
Catch and release only. Artificial lures only.
