This is to try and get manufacturers of cat and dog flea drops (those that you squeeze on the skin) to please use different colour tubes. i.e black for dogs, white for cats.
This will prevent owners accidentally dosing their cats with dog flea treatment, something which can and does happen resulting in great distress, and even death to the cat. Not to mention huge vets bills that occur trying to save them.
It is a simple remedy that should cost manufacturers very little.
