The Catalina Classic is very near and dear to my heart, and I don’t even compete! By my determined husband does. Given he has raced 3 times and being able to beer shower him at the finish line, there is no better feeling. The Classic is simple, it’s Classic. YEW

The Catalina Classic is the most prestigious paddle board race in the world! As a participant, it would be an honor to commemorate the event with a statue at the Manhattan Beach Pier.

The city needs this. It’s history goes beyond 6-man and anything else. Commemorate the women and men that take this grueling journey year after year.
