I think this OWtss proposal is ill thought and financially disasterous to property owners is a souution that is really going to prove to be a problem if implemented

This proposed regulation appears to be a solution looking for a problem where non exists.

Please do not force compliance to government regulations that have not even been written

With all of the hustle and bustle in the bay area, so clients is a retreat that people need in this day and time. As a property owner in Contra Costa, this immediate expenses at my home would put me in financial distress . Imagine doing this to an entire organization at one time . This is unnecessary and extreme in the timeline .
