Although the new heroes introduced are getting better, the odds of getting them are very low. When we complain to live support about it, they always say that the rolling system is random. However, I believe that the rolling system for both heroes and talents is rigged.
I have spent almost $1000 worth of gems to roll for Valentina, but I did not get her. I had to spend an additional $150 on Valentine's Day to finally get her & I managed to roll a Valentina less than 2 weeks later. I did not even get a skull knight in that $1000 worth of gems.
In addition, good talents are very difficult to come by as well. I do get good 5/8 or 5/5 talents & I am thankful for them, however I have been getting 5/8 bulwark for about 5 times & I have run out of heroes to put it on. I really need other talents like wargod & revitalize. This is true for my brother as well, except that he keeps getting wargod & needs other talents. Some of my guild mates also keep rolling the same talents.
I understand that IGG wants players to spend more, afterall it is how they earn money. However, making it too difficult & forcing players to have to spend money just to keep up with the game (not even for the purpose of dominating every single game mode) will only discourage players from continuing to play the game. High spenders are likely to continue since they have already invested so much into the game, but mid-spenders or f2p players will be so discouraged that they may quit the game because there is no point.
I wish IGG will take into account the majority of the players' opinions & improve the odds for the rolling system for both heroes & talents. Please do not just depend on high spenders to keep the game going.

Remove shardable legendary, slimes, green and blue heroes. It's already difficult to get a legendary. New heroes are introduced every month. And to get a specific legendary or new hero is even more difficult. This is not the way to earn money from people.

Igg really needs to change tgeir rolling system as the odds of getting legendary heros were become too less, most time just getting blue or green heros.

The rolling system and all things to do with money are messed up but there are other things that I find Also need fixing, warehouse space, troops (how long have you had max of every troop), magic (we all use 3 spells Aries frenzy, guardian angel and snowstorm then 4th varies), titles there is seriously no significant difference in daily title reward from 80k might to 300k might, upgrading all your buildings make you easier in gw when getting sniped, I should be rewarded for upgrading these buildings, the first thing shouldn't be I'm easier in gw. Totems activations. How long have your artifacts been maxed for. Has anyone seen a special fountain event nope never happens, could soulstones please go away they never actually help I don't 15 moltanica soulstones I want moltanica how a f2p players meant to get moltanica from uncover the treasure. Better global chat. Things like this I find need to be fixed (personal opinion) 3 years of cc for me, not gonna be another 3 if all yous worry about is adding new heros that are just stronger than the previous one you added.

so much time and $$ spent. and IGotGreed reward us by breaking the game even more. even top spenders are unhappy, let alone f2ps?? i would pleade to u IGG to to fix it, but I know u wont!

rolling system is absolutely broken... need more gems achievement hero and other stuff.
