This is crazy you need to change it immedietly

You get no guarantee to get anything. And if you spend like 50-100€ and get Mayen only 1 Hero you needed or nothing, thats a warte of Money.

Hope we change their behaviour by doing this!!!!

I have spent over $1000 in the last month and rolled well over 100k in gems seeking Anubis the latest greatest hero with no luck in obtaining the hero.

Why but gems when you roll 6k and only get a bloody paladin smh

The cost of gems is high and the % chance of getting a legendary hero is slim.
