Rolling system is the main issue, increase the probability to roll for heros (legendary) at least to the point that you don't need to spend hundreds to thousand to get the new game changing hero. Greed is at the heart of this, let's change that motive and make customer satisfaction the top priority.

Unfair to ask people too spend money for gems, and rarely give out rewards too spend them. would'nt mind more rewards for spending my gems.
