It's a Shake Howard IGG système doesn't respect players. We Musy pay and pay and roll to get few chances to have the hero you need. I am mon the 5th guilde on the world CAvalcade ! And so much players are feed up of that situation IGG change the rules or CC will die

Absolutely ridiculous been playing 4 years and no rare hero. So hard to get any good heros and took over 2 years till I even got pumpkin duke

It is ridiculous. I wont spend until igg fixes rolling.

The rolling system is problem I rolling over 600k gems last month to get the new hero this is unbelievable so I quit to paying this game anymore

Please, change hero's chance roll. With the number of heros and low drop chance, it's begin to be a run for have all heros.

Rolling talents is so expensive and so hard to roll good talents needed, trash talents no one uses should be gone. Rolling heros is a joke too, blues and greens waste so many gems. I should be able to spend gems for specific heros with the money I spend. P2P players deserve the best heros, F2P people should have the basic

Making players pay over $250 to get back a talent they had and mistakenly deleted is crap as well
