I'm bored this game already. Every month a new hero and the same gameplay. No sense . And tons of games needed to move anything forward ...

It is very tough for any f2p to stand against p2p players.. i think there should be some increase in probability of getting Better heroes

this game used to be fun when pumpkin Duke was a 1% chance to get... the feeling of having a hero so rare and game wasn't money hungry yet. Now you guys make a new broken flashy hero every month, I'm truly ashamed. I know this is a business, but still at least put in some effort with trying to make your fan base happy, and actually try to make the game better not make more profit off of rich people.

I quit spending on castle clash a year ago when I roll sever hindered dollars for val and never got her. I have better things to spend my hard earned money on then a game. It's funny to watch these poor souls spend 300k gems to get a new hero that comes out. People think about it is it really worth $1100 that's if there's a good gem buy day on a hero. Now after not spending so long these heros are not even with $20 to me..

I feel like this issue has been going for a while now, which is quite clear when you have a large portion of the player base signing a petition. The very least I would expect from this is better transparency (i.e. actual live chances are given) as well as better communication between the players and the developers.

Every other game is P2P I was hoping castle clash would remain the same but now it is more over p2p. If they would have concentrated more on shard heroes it would have been better

We want a new rolling system and trades would also be nice.

I've bought over 400k gems in less than a year and actually spent that amount in first few months to gain heroes but then it was different you could actually roll heroes but now you can spend hundreds and get nothing it's ridiculous really
