Please make the rolling system more fair. Something like 1 legendary hero guaranteed for every 10 rolls you do. So if you have like a daily bar wich you can fill up as many times as you roll for like each 10 times you roll. And the bar reserts once the server time is 0:00,1. And please reduce the prizes back to 50$ at least for those 50-100 arctica soulstones wich you guys had it for back in november.

The game is fundamentally broken and needs repair. It can be fixed by simply making EVERY hero shardable for 20k, and every talent shardable for a reasonable amount as well. Do this and sales will ironically skyrocket.

When I roll gem I don't get anything anymore... I hate it when I spend money and get barely any Heroes.

Spent my last dollar today! But strategically speaking, this protest wont last because in business, all IGG will need to do is divide us. Which will be easy, seeing as how their is no clear goal as to what everyone wants. For example, most older players will agree the most important change that needs to occur is to have a direct line to IGG for input and Game Balance while most younger players wont see the value in because they want instant gratification, like higher roll rates or a bazaar pack that guarantees them a certain hero! At that point, IGG will logically choose the option that guarantees them instant profit. Which in turn allows IGG to neglect all other demands. You would need to find a way to unify both older and younger players. Otherwise all this will fall on deaf ears. Good luck, Im cheering for all this to have a positive outcome for all players who would like to enjoy a game without the bitter taste of corporate greed.
