It has continued to be disheartening for a long time player as myself, who has stopped spending large amounts of money because I could not maintain these sums of money on an app. Now I am irritated because I am irrelevant to the game with out the new heroes which I have no chance of getting

With all due respect, the rolling system becomes too ridiculous because of the low chance of catching a new hero.
It's therefore urgent to find a solution that does not penalize either the players or your company at the same time.

I understand how random works so I don't have an issue with the rolling, however I ask that you please attempt balance with your heroes better.

Please adjust the rolling system for the game. As we the people have spent hundreds even thousands of it and usually end up with very few legendary heroes.

Impossible to keep up with new heroes coming out every month. Also, this helps all game modes seem ridiculous because no rewards can be enough for every new hero in the game.
