The rolling odds need to be fixed such that the players at least know the percentage change of getting a hero

I spent more than 60k gems for getting legendary herors... i was thinking that i will get 4 or 5 good heroes (from 12 i needed) and i got nothing :)

Castle Clash on general needs to be fixed. Everything that has to do with gems costs way more than in other games.

Let us enjoy the game and not just take our money!

Please fix the rolling system

I've stopped spending money on this game because how stupid the system is. Fix it, and then I'll give you money again.

You need to spend a lot of money and gems to get a hero! And finally when you get the hero you want is already too late because igg has already create a new hero that your hero or their skills. We have every month a new hero and recently i have rolled Orksbane (i didn't have this hero) and i'm playing almost 3+ years this game. It's very annoying!!!

Buying heroes are too expensive

IGG, please establishe a partnership with your top players and spenders!

I really dont want to know exactly how much i have spent on this game. I know it is many thousands of dollars and for what?? For heroes that i can get with shards, or heroes i already have.

For a game that wants its players to buy gems for heros, it sure is odd that one hero can cost hundreds of dollars.
