it's not fair, i have spend alot of money and haven't got any new hero o

I didn't get get any of my event stuff that I payed for and it has become expentialy difficult to get a legendary.

If only spent roughly around $2,500 on the game. What really pisses me off is that I spent that much, then you go ahead and give hero's away for $20

listen to your fans and understand what we are looking for at the end of the day is we are all trying to make this game better.

I've never complained about the rolling system in my 2.5 years of playing, but now this is just ridiculous. At my might I still don't have a ghoulem regardless of spending enough enough to buy a mino. There at people half my doing doing message 4 and I cant because of no ghoulem. I can only run with a select group who have specific heroes. Instead of running daily lava, I get it run it once or twice every few weeks.... all my progress and hard work and spending from before is useless because everyone is getting a TON more shards than me. No ghoulem, Trixie, Michael, Medusa, anubis, Ronon... and everytime I spend money I get nothing but slime and ordinary heroes. Never spending again unless the odds of rolling heroes go up and they slow down on releasing must have heroes.

Increase the rolling odds for heroes like Anubis. Really ridiculous. I'm not spending any more money until this is fixed. Also old heroes like destroyer need and upgrade

Rolled nearly 20 k gems in past two months all I got it's orksbane,paladin and gr. Please fix this guys. I am not asking for all the legendaries just give us some good stuffs. Thank you

This company is absoloutly dishonest. roll system is completly fraudulently. support is hatefull for everything they have only 1 answer uninstall app and reinstall from directlink. they decreased your heroes damage and hp while you skill up and level up them. my devo ghoulem level 200 skill 9 inscription 100 cant kill normal lvl 189 druid. when ask support and send them video answer is we didnt see anyabnormal in server.

Ronin costs about $3000 , Demogorgon about $1600 , Anubis about $2000. This is obviously insane

Broken.... Even for a free to play no matter how much we wait for any amount of gems.... Only gives that one little peice of light, and that light might be a hero or a nice talent, but that little peice of light is enough to keep playing for, just like the definition of succubus

Tired of being ripped off

Definitely need a change in this game with odds, not spending another dime.
