Not worth of spending money but couldnt get any legendary heroes.

We want a better gameplay, not a new hero every month and it is getting more and more ridiculous.

Change rolling system

I disagree with igg , firstly the game was fun , fair , now it's money hungry and depending on how much u spend

I completely agree. IGG no longer cares about their customers. It's nothing but greed. I've actually stopped spending money a few months ago and plan on continuing not spending. I spent over $4k in 8 months. I'm sick of it.

They are getting out of hand for sure. And now I mysteriously lost a revite 4 crest piece that they agree was not sold or forged, but also are saying I never made it... the customer is always wrong I guess. And to think I spend real money on gems used to acquire the required pieces over months to have it disappear into thin air with no record of existing is disheartening. F2p here I come. Thank you igg for helping make this decision infinitely easier on me.

Roll n roll, reload n reload cash by buying gem for empty rewards

Lbf lr hbm rewards is very bad 3years lr still give u 70exp and open limits for blue crystal/warehouse

Need to fix the rolling option. BBC it like gambling with very low chance of winning hero. May mine should offer soulstones universal for prizes in war for teams to win and these stones can be used for any hero

I have already drastically halted my spending. Rolling no new heroes and getting Cyclops over and over is getting old.

I used to spend a lot.not anymore
