Starting to lose interest in the game which sucks because it's actually a good game but the new heroes constantly coming out and the funding required to keep up is becoming ridiculous. If things continue this way I'd rather spend my hard earned money elsewhere.

Odds of rolling need a change everything else in the game is evolving except the rolling system. This needs a change!

It's long overdue for IGG to fix their broken game and to keep their corporate greed in check. Consumers have in the past brought major companies down and can do it again.

I spent $100 on Easter. Did all the special events. Rolled all my gems as well. The best I got was 2 grims. And one of those was because it was given to me for spending $100. I want to start seeing the odds of each heros attainability. How many people have gotten that hero. And if the odds increase over time.

I have stopped spending to buy gems since last year August due to the outrageous system in place. In fact I even stopped playing the game for a period of months.

I've been a loyal player for 3 years, playing and making purchases consistently,but after I drop$1k didn't get anubis I am not going to drop a penny for castle clash, I have to say that rolling system need to be change.

Roll many gems, round 40k by now overall, even bought 23000, but still no sk, or dd, or ghoul. IGG Is very greedy with heros. Especially Anubis.

To many new heroes for all but the top spenders to keep up with. I don't mind spending on a game I enjoy, but this has passed the point of ridiculous.

I'm sick and tired of IGG and how this game is fixed. . . For example, how is it that people roll for dupes over a year but as soon as they spend shards, they roll the dupes. Or not getting any or only less desirable legendarys unless u spend. Even then, it's not that often.
