CastleClash Spending Strike

Sick amount of monew spent every update, many times coming back with nothing. I know haven't spent as much as others but close to 3000 dollars is plenty amount for a low income family to spend on this game

Neglect to p2p players needs to ends. I do love this game and do spend a lot of money on it and I have most certainly been suppressed in new hero attainment. IGG culture needs to change.

Chanel the rolling gem hero % ^ of gem roll only hero , bring more shardable new hero

Wasted over 500,000 gems to roll Anubis and never got him...disgusted.

F2p should have a chance to compete in higher ranks

Game is rigged to rip off players, it's not random it rigged. To roll hero is to roll hero's not slimes or hero essences hero's that can be used in game play.

Ive spent too much money on trying to get one hero yet you sell the ones ibe spent alot on for $5

IGG, you have some unhappy customers. Please fix this, we have been through this before. We love this game, but when it does not give what we give, then that is not fair play.

The company is dirty. Gambling scheme set toward children.

There should be a cap for every hero that when you roll a certain amount, it is guaranteed. I won't be rolling anymore until it's changed.
