I am a victim of gambling my money to win the latest hero in Castle Clash. I want to support this game platform but I shouldn't have to spend hundreds of dollars and get nothing in return. I move to cancel all future transactions until IGG corrects this problem. I request that IGG better our odds to win heroes. They release a new hero almost every month but do not work on improving the current game modes available which have problems. New heroes is where IGG anticipates to get money. We spend gems to roll for heroes like a slot machine and the odds are ridiculously impossible to obtain these heroes, many spend thousands of dollars and don't receive the hero of choice. Change now for your customers or face the tragedy of losing millions to our boycott of gem purchases to IGG

Yes I agree , it's sad to see a game with so much potential go down the drain like this ... every month it's a new hero & when they release a new game mode it's like the rewards are shxx , even with event heroes you have to spend thousands sad part it could be someone hard work money , I haven't spend over month for same reason , it took me moltanica at least 2-3k just in events , & now they giving him out for 100 bucks sad , even with PD I understand it's a old hero but they still have paladin , thunder god , & etc. in rollying sytem

3000$ no Anubis. IGG Claims all heroes are equal chances even though they sold it for same price as demongorgon in events. Refuses to admit or answer why this is the case.

The low probability of rolling new heros make the games less interesting in long run. This approach only aims at short term profit n dies not take into consideration of gamers.

Fix the rolling system for petes sake

I agree something needs to be done about the low % of legendary hero's rolled I love igg great product but they need to make the odds better especially for the people that spend money

I am tremendously disappointed in the low chance to get new heroes, especially when a new one is released every month! This has to change!
