What's the point of this ? IGG never listen. All they care about is their P2W players and they're focusing so hard on pushing them to spend more and more than ever. IGG are nothing but, greedy pigs.

IGG you have made a great game and all of us here love it. But the spending side of it is its downful, i have loads of smurfs and haven't spent a cent on them yet i have some top notch heroes more then those that have spend big amounts of money. On my main account over the past month i have rolled around 60k gems and didn't roll a Vlad or a Ghoulem. I've been playing cc off and on for about 3 years and my main account is only just getting up there after spending a good $1000. I chose to spend this money because i love this game and because i can afford to spend it, but for lots of people they cant and it would suck if they are stuck just like i was. the skill needed to play this game is almost nothing, the deeper your pockets go the better you will be and no one likes or wants that. i haven't rolled a Vlad on my main yet on one of my smurfs iv'e rolled 4. The events you do are great and it is awesome when you get to smash them eggs open to get a great hero but 99% of the time it will be shards, hb or gems. I am a 17 year old still in school only just making $100 a week, and it is hard for me to spend that type of money on this game, but if i knew i would get something good out of it, it would be 10x easier. We aren't asking for you to give away heroes but listen to us because we only want what is best for the game.

I love the game but i feel like i cant progress threw the game without haveing to buy gems and a lot of the heros i want i have to buy 100$ worth of gems just for a small chanse to get it not fair to us.

IGG needs to fix the hero system, we shouldn't have to spend 1000 dollars to get a new hero they implemented, or event only heroes should also be obtainable through gem rolls as well. I'm tired of IGG trying to get you to spend money on their game it needs to change

Love this game to death... but the game is way too rigged towards the huge spenders. New heroes released are incredibly overpowered and balance has been lost.

Being a on and off player for 4-5 years now, I remember wishing to get a PD as it was the necessary hero to play the game. In fact if you didn't have one you couldn't really play some game modes (and still till today). None the less, rolling for months costing me £100's I finally got a PD. Lost interest in the game, and now i came back to finally be greeted with the SAME rolling issues. Rolling 100's and 1000's of gems to receive nothing but hero's i already have or don't need. Whilst players at the same might level have Game-changing heroes and as a result i need to spend 100's of more pounds in order to play a phone game! Greedy corporations, you should be sued for the way you treat your customers, leaching money instead of rightfully giving us what we are paying for. You're selling the dream, rather than the product. BOYCOTT IGG!
