I think the amout of flames need for evolving hero should be lower. Its amost impossible for a free to play account to beat some of the dungeons

I agree totally with all points covered. Its gettign really hard to get some legendary heroes by rolling gems. I have spent 20k once and I have got only Champion, Immortep and Sucubus. So changes need to be done. I stopped to buy gems a month ago because I notice that I was just wasting money... Thanks
