this is stupid. for one, Justin Bieber isn't an actor. he's a singer, two completely different things. The only movies he's done are about himself.
And what are you talking about by old and ugly?! What about David Tennant? or Matt Smith? Or Paul Mcgann? or even Peter Davidson during his era? None of them are ugly. heck if you ask me, none of the doctors were particularly ugly, even the older ones. And it doesn't matter how odd their face may look, it's about how those actors make the role come to life. Tom Baker was one of the most amazing doctors ever. He had that spark and charismaticness that just makes you say "he's the doctor". he's over 70 and he still has that spark. Justin Bieber could never do that.
And besides, Doctor who isn't about just pretty faces (though the companions have always seemed to be young and beautiful) It's about quick thinking, bravery and doing what's right even if it means making a tough decisions.
Also, There is nothing wrong with british accents. British accents are great.
and before you say anything, I'm a teenage american girl too.
