Please find a better place! This is not the best place for Casey's. Sorry, will not support it!

We don't need this. There are enough stations and this will just ruin the small town and historic feel of Pella.

this is ridiculous! We have enough caseys already. The "uniqueness" of Pella is the quaint small town feel of the buildings, a monstrosity like this would definitely deter from that.

CASEY'S--- FIND ANOTHER LOCATION NOT SO CLOSE TO THE SQUARE!!!! AND/OR ELIMINATE THE COVENANTS NOT TO COMPETE... THOSE ARE UNREASONABLE GIVEN THE FACILITIES IN QUESTION. REMEMBER, THE WHOLE CITY AND ITS TOURIST TRAFFIC ARE STAKEHOLDERS IN YOUR BUSINESS. THANK YOU.

Have they considered the green space on Oskaloosa street on the property that used to be the light plant

This provides no benefit to me. I already go to the different Caseys in Pella, what good would another do in such a close area? It just doesn't sound like a good location except for Caseys potentially making more money from a centralized, high traffic area.

The character of this town is slowly being eroded by the loss of the older homes and structures that make it unique. A massive Caseys in this location is just another step in the wrong direction. Our city leaders need to do more to protect Pella's heritage and history.

There are far better places for this to go (so many empty spaces on Oskaloosa street *cough* old power plant *cough* ) How in the world did this ever get zoned for a gas station in the first place?!?

I do not want a Casey's on Main Street. This street is a beautiful street going through Pella from North to South. Do not ruin its beauty with a gas station.

It is absolutely unnecessary to build ANOTHER Caseys. There are 5 in the town. 5!!!!! We don't need 6. Especially right down the road from the 2 on the square. The truck stop Caseys need to stay on the OUTSIDE of town like they are now. This is absolutely ridiculous in every single way.

I feel it is going to congest the highway and also safety for children at the public library. Those other two building won't be sellable because of the no compete clause.

Aside from the traffic congestion and danger to kids this would cause, enough of the historical and cultural integrity of this quaint village has already been ruined by "progress".
