Sign this petition if you want Casey Marie Anthony to be charged with Felony Child Neglect (FCN). She was originally charged with FCN, but was dropped because the state assumed they could get her on murder or manslaughter. Double jeopardy does not apply because this was not one of the charges the jury deliberated on. If found guilty, it would be a much less sentence than murder or manslaughter, but it's better than nothing. Every month parents across the country are convicted of FCN and the state shouldn't stop now. The tough part will be proving she was the one home at the time, since her family will continue to lie for her.
