This neighborhood is not conducive to a large apartment complex and the traffic cannot handle any more building

This plan is already ignoring and disrespecting current zoning rules- they are there for a reason, and to think that you are above them and completely change the landscape is telling. In addition to this, there is continued ignorance over the sentiment from neighbors- the very people who will be most affected by the development. If there is any comment that "the thoughts of the neighbors are important to us", this is clearly not the case. To say that the place will eventually be developed... Sure, but it's later this long hasn't it? If anything, maybe consider a small, single/double floor complex. A small one. As in 50 units or less. In addition to this, consider making the design cohesive with what already exists. You join the community by accepting how it is. Or perhaps make a park? There is so much greater potential in both design and use for this space, if it's destined to change. Please listen to the people. It's not all about you, and do not try and make the excuse that is is for others. How many more in the community will be disappointed rather than excited. Change is inevitable, and so is growth. But there is a right way and a wrong way to do it.

Where will you fit all the cars that this project I’ll bring on an already heavily congested Westport Road?

I’m concerned about giving up the green space as well as traffic concerns, not to mention a change in our quiet neighborhood, etc.

The intersection of Ridgeway Ave and Westport Rd is already extremely congested, the addition of an apartment complex would make the intersection unsafe. The field should be left alone and made into a greenspace for the neighborhood to enjoy, similar to the space at the corner of Brownsboro Road and Rudy Ln.

Please do not allow this atrocious development that is not suitable for this small neighborhood. Traffic will be a nightmare.

Too much traffic with that many new homes. When Holy Trinity and Trinity high dismiss, it would be worse than a nightmare. Add a train and nothing would move.

I oppose this development. Traffic woes already exist and additional traffic from the apartment development will only compound traffic problems and increase road hazards in this small area.

The traffic on Westport Rd. from St. Matthews Ave. to Hubbards Lane is already dangerous and terribly congested most of the day especially during school drop offs and pickups. The Target exit onto Westport Rd. causes additional serious turning problems that jeopardize safety in this stretch of our neighborhood. Add in two train crossings that back up traffic in every direction, and the current situation is already dire. The St. Matthews Fire Department also uses side streets that enter into these intersections also. This is a terrible plan which causes critical traffic, access, and safety issues in an already hazardous area.

Building a large apartment complex in that open field will make an already congested area un bearable. I am completely against this development!

It is already too congested in St. Matthews

This will make going on that direction for my appointments very difficult. The traffic is already congested , especially when a train comes through.

The Traffic at Ridgeway/Westport Road/ Railroad crossing is bad enough now. Traffic at I 264 during Rush hours
