I grew up in st matt. And can not see this project doing nothing good for the Area... Train tracks ,Three way intersection , And a Round about will only Screw up this area. A better idea on this land parcel needs to be put in....For me ,I feel single family homes or a PARK..would fit in much better.....

Please move meeting to evening in this area. I’m very concerned about the increased traffic, tractor trailers, fire trucks and young drivers with the roundabout next to a railroad crossing.

This is not the right development for this area. Traffic will be terrible and proposal for the traffic is bad

The extra traffic would make that area horrendous to try and drive through there which I do several times a week during rush hour

I am very concerned about the amount of traffic this project will bring to the area, particularly on Ridgeway Ave between Shelbyville Rd and Westport Rd. I also think the project is not appropriate for this neighborhood in height, number of units, and design.

There is no reason to add that many apartments in that area. Why does Louisville have to look like Chicago
