Stop CASA\'s power and their lies in court

I'm trying to figure out how to sue casa for perjury

Casa is under trained single minded statically proven to spend 40hrs on a case lasting 12-18 months and are too intimated by CPS they are not professionals nor should their "opions" especially when biased impact children for the rest of their entire lives!!!!!!!!!!!!

so, i said HERE HERE because I am an exhausted mother who did everything to back my self up against the corrupt system. I actually involved CPS voluntary services based on an angry tenant I had to evict for nonpayment. I have never in my life been subject to so much hate. And why? During the time of these calls to police for false welfare checks (and yes I have a drug and alcohol history) they contacted the bio father who never ever wanted anything ever to do with my son because he was conceived during his separation. Little did I know he has a long long history of domestic abuse towards his partners. Because a CPS worker contacted him to find out about his nonpayment of CS he found out about this tenant and connected with a local attorney who is in it with CASA. At first I was like, thank god CASA is going to be involved. All the good work I did in my case with the level III social worker, safecare worker and public health nurse with all prevail. NOPE. CASA. His attorney, the local police, my extenant prevailed. I have the proof! And the judge took this woman who they hired just for this case to come in and lie and put my son who has been with me his whole 3 and a half years of his beautiful life, happy healthy and well cared for in all documents and doctors notes with his father and abused step mother and 5 sibblings and a newborn. The lovechild. That now he is being abused. And while in their care ended up at the doctors with his penis raw. From what!?? CPS opened a case over there and guess where it has landed? Right back in my lap. The father is saying that he is excessively masturbating due to being sexually abused by me. And this is 4 weeks after him withholding my visits. I havent seen my son for almost 60 days. The local police now have all the proof of the pudding. But, now my son is forever traumatized. Wondering im sure what is going on. Where is my mommy. Am I going crazy or is it obvious? This CASA worker is now no longer doing volunteer work. Just for

You must keep documentation of everything. Casa will distort truth and present things out of context. Casa will assume the very worst about the parent. . If you complain they will say you are threatening them. All you can do is insist on documentation. Ask to be able to record all of your meetings. Have a highly respected friend or family member with you at meetings to act as a witness. Tell them nothing other than the bare bone facts of any situation. Make sure you and your mate are 100% in lock step. A united front has power. Remember you are good parents that love your children. Don't let them crush your spirit and self esteem. Pass your drug test. Go to all your court ordered therapy. It is not real therapy, it is another way Casa gathers things to use against you. Never forget that. You are human, it is OK to be human. But Casa wants super human. You can be super human. Beat them. It is a sick system you must beat.

A casa reporter commended me on two visits he observed me interaction and love I have for my children, He then came into my home with a smile and came off friendly and easy going. He then wrote his report that I assumed was handed to the judge handling our file. His report was full of filth and lies about me and my children's mom. The CASA'S reporter suggested a change of course for DCF from reunification to ADDOPTION after only three months since the removal of my children. I have been a licensed private detective in 5 states for manly years and have been a responsible citizen and father. YES I have make a few bad decisions in my life and I am doing all that is required of myself and MORE to better my self as a person and a father. I am outraged at the lies and I called the casa worker and told him that he has to answer to our almighty at the end of the day. I am scared o death of the impact that this report may have on my future and want to sue this agency for slander or defamation of character. Please let me know what I can do to help. They may not all be bad and some may have the right intentions, however they have destroyed me and being away from my children is physically killing me. My kids CASA worker had no idea what was actually happening in our home but she still told the judge whatever she wanted. Just awful.

Total lies in front of the judge about my family. It is sickening how they get away with it.

CASA ruined my life. No accountability what so ever.

does anyone know how to file a complaint against these people? ours just kept changing their story every single court date

THEY NEED TO BE STOPPED ASAP. Too much power for someone with zero real credentials or liability.
