To The Cary Town Council, 

As a Cary resident, I am firmly against the proposed DR HORTON development of the Herndon-Burt property (12-REZ-20) on Turner Creek Road & NC Highway 55.

The proposed development does not satisfy Land Development Ordinance guidelines. 

The proposed development is not in-keeping with neighboring communities and is at an unacceptably high density, when compared to all the surrounding communities.

The significant increase in anticipated traffic, represents a real and quantifiable danger to area residents, pedestrians, and motorists, as well as the children, parents, and staff of Turner Creek Elementary School across the street.

PLEASE VOTE "NO" on JULY 25th
