It is unfortunate that the students of Manhattan University may only enjoy the carving station during lunch hours. Many students who enjoy the carving station, or have a particular dish they really enjoy may not be able to make lunch at Locke's Loft for a multitude of reasons. As a result, we are petitioning to keep the carving station open during dinner hours.
